School Next Year

This coming school year is going to suck. Yeah. I'm already complaining about it. On one day I'm going to have AP Spanish, AP Calculus, Chemistry and AP English Lit. On the other day I'll have a TA (teacher's assistant. I sit in the teacher's room and help them if they need it), Business Economy (yes, that is its real name), Drafting 2 and AP Physics.
I mentioned before that I wanted ASL, but I also wanted Human Geography. I decided not to sign up for it because its an AP class and, as you can see, I already have four.
I have no idea why I was put in Business Economy. It sounds horrible. The whole class will be DECA kids who think business is a fun hobby and go to business competitions. I understand business and the economy are important to learn about, but I already took an intro class. I seriously think all the people in this class will be majoring in business.
I'm already trying to pep myself up to take these classes. I am so bad at motivating myself to do homework. Studying is almost impossible.
One of my strategies is "pre-studying" this summer. I made in account on lang-8 (Which I'm totally obsessed with right now. More on that later), reading physics/calculus/chemistry books, and reading all the english books. That one probably won't go so well. I still haven't finished the summer reading. One is Talking to the Dead (or something like that) by Margret Atwood. It is so horribly boring. It's about how she feels about writing and writers. Every chapter is an extended metaphor. I really don't care. The next is The Things They Carried. Its about the Vietnam War. Uggh. I don't understand what makes people interested in war.
Another thing I need to figure out is a work schedule. I've started to work out, and I want to continue that. I also have to cook most days because my mom comes home late. This homework will probably take 3 hours a night, no joke. On top of that, I have to study. I have no idea how long I'm suppose to do that. (Long side story: Once I heard a passing in a passing conversation that it is better to take breaks every so often while studying. They said that you should take breaks about every hour... As if an hour is the new abbreviated time. People were studding for more than an hour at a time? I can't just sit down for a full hour and read flash cards etc. This sucks.)
