Onion and Ricotta Frittata
Recently I made this onion and ricotta frittata from Joy the Baker.
No actually finished photo, like a pro, but it looked pretty much the same after I baked it a little. I have made a frittata before, but it seems like everytime I do I'm surprised at how easy it is. Just eggs and some random veggies.
