I'm trying to get more into fitness. I'm not overweight, and I don't have any looming health concerns, but I feel like I should start now as prevention for those things.
I haven't really worked out lately by excuse of home work. Not that I really do a lot of homework, but whatever. I also think I would do better if I could find a fitness community. You know, people to motivate/support/relate to. I downloaded the blogalates app a while ago, but I really dislike it. I kind of think I should stay away from finding a community. There are several types of people, and literally they all annoy me.
The first and worst type are the thinspo posters. Sure, they may call it fitspo, but its really the same thing. I won't go at length about how awful it is, but its something I really want to avoid.
The second type is the professionals. Or the uber fit. I suppose at their best they should inspire me, and the fact that I'm comparing myself to them is my own fault, but whatever. When they comment on the end of the playlist how easy everything was, I just feel really bad, because I couldn't even finish everything.
The next type is the exact opposite, but I still hate them. I guess they're even worse. They are the people who complain how hard everything is, and how they can't complete the videos. When ever I read this before trying, I just give up. Why try when other people say its hard?
Also most people suck at taking pictures of food, but thats just me being picky.
I'll try to post more stuff here, but I probably won't go out looking for other people's fitness experiences.
